2. Scope of Services
Apollume provides professional computer-vision and machine-learning engineering services, including but not limited to:
- Industrial safety & monitoring vision — PPE detection, restricted-zone alerts, and people/vehicle tracking on existing camera infrastructure;
- Real-time video AI pipelines — multi-camera ingestion, GPU-optimized inference, dashboards, and alerting;
- Custom computer-vision systems — detection, measurement, and anomaly/inspection models trained and deployed to run in production.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written Statement of Work ("SOW") or Service Agreement signed by both parties. These Terms of Service apply to all such engagements unless expressly superseded.
3. Use of This Website
3.1 Permitted Use
You may access and use this website for lawful purposes only, including learning about our services and contacting us. You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting content without prior written consent;
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure;
- Transmitting malicious code, spam, or any content that disrupts our services;
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with Apollume.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, animations, code, design systems, brand identity, and the "Apollume" name and logo — is the exclusive property of Apollume LLC and is protected under United States intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

4.1 Client Deliverables
Intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for a client engagement are governed by the applicable Statement of Work or Service Agreement. In the absence of express written assignment, Apollume retains all IP rights in methodologies, frameworks, pre-existing tools, and general know-how used in delivering services.
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party in connection with a service engagement ("Confidential Information"). Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apollume LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.

Apollume reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients.
