Apollume is an AI engineering studio based in Morocco, working worldwide. We build production systems across computer vision, language models and the infrastructure that serves them: training and fine-tuning models, optimizing inference, and engineering the backend so they run every day, not just in a notebook.
Our roots are in industrial computer vision: safety monitoring, granulometry and conveyor inspection running on live camera feeds and GPU servers. The same discipline (latency budgets, evaluation, drift monitoring, uptime) is what we bring to LLM applications and to the MLOps underneath both.
