Industrial safety vision
PPE detection and safety monitoring on your existing cameras
Most industrial sites already run CCTV or IP cameras. We turn those existing RTSP feeds into a real-time safety layer — detecting missing PPE, flagging restricted-zone intrusions, and tracking people and vehicles — without installing anything new on the plant floor.

PPE compliance, watched continuously
Hard-hat and safety-vest detection runs on every frame, on every camera, every shift — not the handful of moments a supervisor happens to be looking. When someone enters a zone without the required protective equipment, the system flags it in real time, so a near-miss becomes an alert instead of an incident report.
Restricted-zone and intrusion alerts
Define no-go areas — around moving machinery, edges, or live equipment — and the system raises an alert the moment a person crosses into them. It is the kind of always-on vigilance a fixed sensor cannot provide and a human cannot sustain across a twelve-hour shift.
People and vehicle tracking
Per-person and per-vehicle tracking across your camera network supports headcount, flow analysis, and forklift-versus-pedestrian safety — all on the infrastructure you already own.
No new hardware — it runs on the cameras you have
The single biggest objection to safety vision is rip-and-replace cost. There is none here: we ingest your existing RTSP/CCTV streams into a GPU inference server. If a camera produces a video feed, we can work with it.
Built for the real floor, not the demo
Dust, glare, backlight and occlusion break models that look perfect on a clean clip. We validate against the conditions that actually occur on your site and monitor for drift, so the system stays reliable long after go-live. This is work we have built and deployed at an industrial AI lab — client anonymized.
